Lamont “Momo” Jones kept his pledge to Louisville after earlier reneging on the commitment. The combo guard seems to be Rick’s Pitino type of floor general. He shoots it well from the perimeter and loves having the ball in his hands during money time. He led the charge for the Rice Raiders in many big games including nailing a trey at the buzzer to defeat Plainfield High School at the Primetime Shootout.
