Lamont “Momo” Jones kept his pledge to Louisville after earlier reneging on the commitment. The combo guard seems to be Rick’s Pitino type of floor general. He shoots it well from the perimeter and loves having the ball in his hands during money time. He led the charge for the Rice Raiders in many big games including nailing a trey at the buzzer to defeat Plainfield High School at the Primetime Shootout. We caught up with Jones at Steve Nash Camp and here’s what he told Basketball Spotlight………..

Kemba made a name for himself this season running the show for Mo Hick’s Rice Raiders. He is known to knockdown clutch shots and play lockdown defense. He’s winning ways and tough efforts carried over into the AAU season with the Gauchos. Walker toured the country with the Bronx Boys and collected enormous hardware.
